Oral Health Free for Service Scheme (OHFFSS) for Department of Veteran Affairs Members (DVA)

One Family Dental is a registered provider that accepts Oral Health Free for Service Scheme (OHFFSS) vouchers. The OHFFSS is a NSW Health initiative that provides dental treatment and dentures to eligible NSW residents through a procurement scheme. Clients who are eligible for public oral health care and are issued an OHFFSS voucher can use it at One Family Dental. For more information about OHFFSS vouchers, please visit the NSW Health website

How do I use my OHFFSS voucher?

After receiving a voucher for treatment from a public oral health centre, you should contact us to arrange an appointment as soon as possible or within 10 days of the date on the OHFFSS Voucher. Inform one of our friendly dentists that you have been referred from a public dental clinic and require treatment under the OHFFSS scheme.

On the day of your appointment, bring proof of identity and eligibility criteria with you. On receipt of the Oral Health Authority Voucher, our dentist will consult and complete your treatment plan here with you.
