Your straightest smile — made simple

Orthodontics & clear aligners

At Normanhurst Dental, Chatswood Smiles, and Darlinghurst Smiles, Invisalign isn't just a treatment — it's a confident, affordable, and genuinely enjoyable experience, guided by a friendly team of highly qualified clinicians who put your comfort and your budget first, every step of the way.

For a long time, straightening your teeth meant metal brackets, tightening appointments, and months of self-consciousness every time you smiled. Invisalign changed all of that. And at our three Sydney practices, it's become one of the most popular treatments we offer — because it works, it fits into real life, and our patients finish their treatment feeling better about their smile than they ever imagined.

Whether you're a working professional who can't face a mouth full of metal, a parent who's been putting it off for years, or someone who just wants a minor correction before a big event — we've helped patients in exactly your situation, and we'd love to do the same for you.

What makes Invisalign different?

Invisalign uses a series of custom-made clear plastic aligners — virtually invisible, removable, and changed every one to two weeks — to gently shift your teeth into their ideal position. There are no wires to break, no foods you can't eat, and no awkward tightening visits. Most patients find the process surprisingly straightforward once it begins.

  • Nearly invisible: Clear aligners most people won't notice you're wearing.
  • Removable: Take them out to eat, drink, and brush as normal.
  • Fewer visits: Progress check-ins every 6–8 weeks, not fortnightly tightenings.
  • Comfortable: Smooth plastic edges — no sharp wires or bracket irritation.

"I kept putting it off because I thought it would be complicated and expensive. It was neither. The team made the whole thing feel easy — and my smile genuinely changed my confidence."

The Invisalign journey, step by step

We've designed the process at all three clinics to be as clear, unhurried, and stress-free as possible. Here's what to expect from your first enquiry to your final aligner.

1. Free consultation & smile assessment

Your journey begins with a no-obligation consultation. Our clinicians take the time to understand what you'd like to change about your smile, answer every question you have, and give you an honest assessment of what Invisalign can achieve for you.

2. Digital scan & ClinCheck preview

We take a precise 3D digital scan of your teeth — no messy impressions — and use Invisalign's ClinCheck software to map out your full treatment plan. You'll see a virtual animation of how your teeth will move and what your final smile will look like, before you commit to anything.

3. Your custom aligners are made

Your treatment plan is sent to Invisalign's laboratory and your personalised series of aligners is precision-milled. Within a few weeks your full set arrives at the clinic, ready for fitting.

4. Fitting & wearing your aligners

We fit your first aligner, walk you through how to insert and remove it, and answer any questions about your wearing schedule. You'll wear each aligner for 20–22 hours per day and change to the next in the series every one to two weeks.

5. Progress check-ins

We see you every 6–8 weeks to monitor progress and make any refinements needed. These appointments are quick, friendly, and focused on keeping you on track and on schedule.

6. Retainers & your finished smile

Once your final aligner has done its job, we fit custom retainers to hold your new smile in place. You'll leave with straight teeth, maintained with minimal effort — and a confidence that's hard to put into words.

Three clinics, one exceptional standard

All three of our practices are Invisalign-certified providers, staffed by clinicians who undergo ongoing training with Invisalign's own education programme. Wherever you visit — Upper North Shore, Chatswood, or Darlinghurst — you receive the same thorough, personalised, and genuinely friendly standard of care.

INVISALIGN AT NORMANHURST DENTAL

Straight teeth, close to home

Normanhurst Dental has been straightening smiles on the Upper North Shore for years, and Invisalign has become one of the practice's most requested treatments. The team is known for its warm, unhurried approach — consultations run long enough to answer every question, and clinicians take pride in making complex orthodontic concepts feel simple and accessible. Flexible payment plans make Invisalign genuinely affordable for families across the Hornsby and Hills districts.

INVISALIGN AT CHATSWOOD SMILES

Digital precision in the heart of the North Shore

Chatswood Smiles brings a technology-forward approach to Invisalign that patients consistently praise for its clarity and confidence. Using the iTero digital scanner, treatment planning is precise, fast, and remarkably satisfying. Patients can see their projected end result before committing. The team manages complex cases including crowding, spacing, and mild bite issues.

INVISALIGN AT DARLINGHURST SMILES

The confidence to smile in the city

In the vibrant inner city, Darlinghurst Smiles serves a community of professionals, creatives, and young adults who value discretion, quality, and a team that genuinely cares. Invisalign is ideally suited to this patient base, with clear aligners and personalised treatment planning.

Making Invisalign affordable

One of the most common reasons people put off Invisalign is cost. We believe a straight smile shouldn't be a luxury, which is why all three practices offer flexible, interest-free payment plans that spread the cost of treatment into manageable monthly amounts.

We also offer a free initial consultation that includes your digital scan, ClinCheck simulation, and a full treatment estimate — so you can make an informed decision without spending a cent.

Your questions, answered

How long does Invisalign take?

Treatment length varies depending on the complexity of your case. Minor corrections can be achieved in as little as 6 months; more complex alignment cases typically take 12–18 months.

Does Invisalign hurt?

Most patients experience mild pressure for the first day or two after changing to a new aligner. There are no sharp edges or wires, so discomfort is typically far less than traditional braces.

Can I eat and drink normally?

Yes. Simply remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything other than water, then brush before putting them back in.

Am I a good candidate for Invisalign?

Invisalign treats a wide range of conditions including crowding, spacing, overbite, underbite, crossbite, and open bite. The best way to find out is a free consultation.

Is Invisalign suitable for teenagers?

Absolutely. Invisalign Teen is designed specifically for younger patients with compliance indicators and additional aligners built in.

What happens after treatment?

Custom retainers are provided to hold your results in place. With consistent retainer use, your straight smile lasts a lifetime.
